Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
Lessons are eligible for a refund only if cancellation notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

2. No Full Refunds on Packages
All golf lesson packages are non-refundable in full. Once a package is purchased, a complete refund will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Morley Custom Golf LLC, provided the 24-hour notice requirement is met for any unused scheduled lessons. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as lessons used and time since purchase.

4. Expiration of Packages
All golf lesson packages expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued for unused lessons after the expiration date.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Morley Custom Golf LLC with your order details, including purchase date, package type, and a brief explanation. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 3–5 business days.

6. Non-Transferable
Golf lesson packages are transferable only with the permission of Morley Custom Golf LLC.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy

7. Rescheduling Appointments
Clients may reschedule their appointments through the online scheduler up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Please use the online scheduler to make any changes to your appointment.

8. No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying Morley Custom Golf LLC in advance. A $30 fee will be charged for any no-show appointment. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

9. Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered last-minute. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, Morley Custom Golf LLC reserves the right to assess a $30 fee at its discretion, depending on the circumstances. Emergencies or unforeseen situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To avoid any fees, please use the online scheduler or your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For assistance or to discuss a last-minute cancellation, please contact Morley Custom Golf LLC directly.

11. Payment of Fees
Any applicable no-show or cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file or must be settled prior to booking future appointments.

12. Policy Changes
Morley Custom Golf LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
